I have always loved photography and taking pictures. Growing up my dad enjoyed photographing my sister and me with his film camera. Those photos are some of my most treasured possessions from childhood and I think part of what excited me about photography. I received my first camera at 16 for my birthday, a Minolta film camera. I loved taking photos and exploring with it. I took photography and art classes all through high school and then when it was time to go to college I enrolled in Mercer University as a business major and art minor.

After only two short years, I decided photography was my passion and what I was called to do. I met with a successful photographer in North GA and decided to take his advice and go get my commercial photography degree! I completed the program and graduated from Gwinnett Tech in 2006. After graduation I moved back to South GA to start my own studio. I have been working full time as a professional photographer for the last ten years. My style photography is very relaxed and HAPPY! It brings me such JOY to be a photographer and I hope to show that through my work.
